If you use Apple's Macintosh, your options are:

1. Microsoft Entourage 2004/2008.
2. Outlook Web Access. Log in here.
3. Any email client that supports POP3 or IMAP
   Note: This option does not give you access to MS Exchange features such as shared calendaring, backup, Public Folders, etc.

Prerequisites for Configuring Entourage 2004:

1. Mac Office and Entourage version 11.2.1 or later. If you need to upgrade to this version of Entourage please contact support.
2. Your Outlook setup username, password, web mail URL, etc. This information is provided by contacting support.

Accounts:

 

1. Go to the Tools menu.
2. click Accounts.
